For my son she spoke to him as an young adult who holds the responsibility of his dental care this meant that he followed her direction without me needing to nag him to wear his bands or retainer. She was always considerate of his needs ensuring that he was not in pain and fixing his brace when a piece came loose. I did Invisalign with Dr Good. She explained each step in the process and showed me how much I had improved on each visit. This was helpful to me because sometimes I thought ‘is the pain worth it?’, it definitely has been as now I have the teeth that I wish had I gotten when I was a teenager. The follow up since having completed the Invisalign has been excellent. She has seen me in an emergency when the bonded brace was bothering me and ensures that I’m always happy.
